1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
This belt conveyor line is specially designed for the scrap glass after cutting, which is dropped on the conveyor belt through the scrap glass lead-in box.

Scrap glass from BANDO pre-processing line → Into Scrap glass lead-in box → On the belt conveyor line → Into Scrap glass tank → Forklift out
Scrap glass tank full of glass → belt conveyor line AUTO stop → BANDO pre-processing line standby → Alarm → Manual change the Scrap glass tank → Belt conveyor line start

4. DESCRIPTION
- The frame is a welded structure, assembled with bolts, and all parts of the machine head transmission are installed on the frame.

4.1 Structure
This Automotive scrap glass transfer line is composed mainly of - Belt transmission mechanism
- Control System
Individual electric control cabinet, cable truss wiring composes electric circuit.
Each module adopts PLC for integrated control, including frequency conversion speed control module, safety protection module, etc..
Each module adopts touch screen to control equipment start and stop, parameter setting and function selection.
Program function:
The conveyor belt has the function of frequency conversion and speed regulation.
The main drive motor of the conveyor belt has the overload stop alarm function (sound and light alarm).
Whether the waste glass box is in place alarm function (sound and light alarm).
The alarm function when the waste glass box is full (sound and light alarm), the conveyor belt line can be temporarily stopped for standby (the standby time of the line can be set on the touch screen)
After the set stop standby time is reached, if the waste glass box is not replaced in time, the BANDO machine stop signal will be issued, and the reset button must be manually pressed to automatically run.
A safety rope pull mechanism is installed on both sides of the belt conveyor line. When personnel encounter an emergency or encounter danger, the safety rope will be pulled down, and the transmission will automatically stop (sound and light alarm), and the reset button needs to be manually pressed. automatic running.

The start-stop signal + alarm signal of each module is connected with the signals of two Bando machines.
