Automotive Big Glass Grinding Table with Sand Belt

1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This Automotive glass sandbelt grinding machine is manual processing, usually for big glass sizes, such as bus glass. After the glass breaking process, there are three abrasive belts upper and lower for grinding edges, and the glass is leaned against the cross double belt of the edging machine by the operator. Rotate the edging to remove sharp edges and corners.

Automobile glass manual grinding, for bus glass, etc.

It can grind all kinds of C-edge, round edges, straight edges, duckbill edges, and other special-shaped edges, and is not limited by the length, width, and circle of the glass shape.

4.1 Structure

This Abrasive belt grinding machine for bus glass mainly including

• Grinding frame SS304
• Belts system
• Spraying system

There are 3 abrasive belts for grinding the car glass edges, one is perpendicular to the glass, other two belts are 45 degrees cross, which can ensure the grinding reaches the grinding capacity value of 0.5x45°
Grinding the edges, there are 3 sections for the upper and lower rinsing of the glass surface, including 2 rinsing upper and 1 rinsing lower, it's for the cooling and washing of the broken glass and sand after the grinding, and to prevent the glass and the sand into the grinding table or other process scratches the glass, the location of the water rinsing should be at the glass contact with the abrasive belt.
The side part of the grinder with 2 sections of brushes, upper and lower for cleaning the broken glass and sand after the grinding, and to prevent the glass and the sand from the grinding table or other processes scratch the glass.
