1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
Laser cutting machine
This laser cutting is a new innovation in the field of automotive glass processing.
The process as below, Manually feed the trolley full of glass into the loading position of this laser cutting line, laser cutter can automatically load and unload the material, positions the glass, and at the same time, complete the cutting and breaking process collecting the scrap, and puts the processed glass into the next streamline.

4. DESCRIPTION
4.1 Structure
This Laser cutting machine is composed mainly of
- Fully automatic loading, includes Loading trolley, Loading module, Separator paper picking module, the Correction module
Loading trolley module
Manual push the loading trolley into the loading position, the positioning shafts of the positioning cylinders on both sides of the correction module are automatically inserted into the positioning shaft sleeves at both ends of the trolley to locate and fix the trolley. 2. The separator paper should be about 50mm higher than the product, easy for the module to pull out the paper.
Loading module
The loading module takes the glass from the loading trolley, and moves it into the correction module, cutting, splitting, and connecting the line to complete the entire process. 2. The lifting movement of the loading and unloading is composed of modules, and the products are picked by the vacuum system.
Separate paper picking module
The loading module sucks the glass from the trolley while taking the paper separator sucker to suck the paper, and then takes the product away and puts it in the correction fixture module. 2. After the product is taken away, the separator paper picking module drags the paper out and put it into the scarp box.
Correction module
The trolley positioning cylinder is clamped to position and fixes the loading trolley in place.
The glass positioning cylinder performs rough positioning of the product, and the bottom roller wheels effectively reduce the contact area during the product correction process and protect the glass surface.

Glass cutting module
The cutting jig vacuum the product, the adsorption area is large, the vacuum is uniform, and the surface smoothness is good.
The Z-axis CCD accurately positions the product, the jig moves back and forth with the linear motor, and the cutting Z-axis moves left and right to complete the cutting of the product by the cutting head.
- Breakout/ splitting process

The glass is put into the breaking jig through the loading module.

The splinter residues are poured into the scrap box along with the rotation of the splinter jig steel belt.
- Glass breakout jig/fixture
The glass is placed on the surface of the steel belt of the split jig through the loading module, and the steel belt is close to the vacuum chamber so that the product and the steel belt are tightly connected through the vacuum.
After the glass breakout, the motor will actuate. The synchronous wheel and the belt rotate, and at the same time the brush is brushed from the surface of the fixture, and the air knife is blown from the inside to the outside along the vacuum hole to completely remove the fragments and residues on the surface of the fixture
