1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This PVB Stretching Machine is a Full Automatic PVB Interlayer Stretching And Cutting Equipment for Car Windshields,  It's mainly used for stretching, forming, and cutting the front windshield PVB interlayer, which can be automatically cut according to the shape and specifications of the glass. It gives both commercial and economical benefits to the windshields producer. increases the aesthetic and comfort values of top-shaded windscreens giving savings of 15-25 % with top-shaded PVB and 10 % with uniformly coloured PVB.

It adopts a full-automatic cutting system,

• The frame is welded with a Q235 square tube and surface polishing.
• The PVB conveying adopts a gear motor (speed frequency conversion adjustable), which drives double group air pressure to the roller.
• Automatically adjust the PVB arc.
• Automatic measurement of the PVB length signal to be cut off.
• The two groups of PVB be cut off by the gear motor(speed frequency conversion can adjust), and the electromagnetic clutch cut off the PVB diaphragm after relative rotation of the length signal of the diaphragm

2. APPLICATION

All kinds of PVB interlayer, Automotive glass, laminated windshield glass clear, tinted, and top-shaded PVB can be processed. The line is well adapted for shaping both refrigerated and interleaved PVB.

It is equipped with an automatic interleaf rolling-out system.

4. DESCRIPTION 

4.1 Structure

This PVB Stretching Machine Full Automatic PVB Interlayer Stretching And Cutting For Car Windshields is composed mainly of:

• PVB Roll Rack
• Heating and shaping section

• Pre-cooling section

• Cooling section

• PVB Auto cutting section

The parts in contact with the film are made of stainless steel.
It is equipped with a special blade for film cutting, the cutting length is controlled by the encoder and can be set on the touch screen.

NOTE: This PVB TREATMENT SYSTEM needs to be installed in a cleanroom.

OPTION:
For the automatic cutting machine, also have an Upgraded Version
The upgraded machine cuts automatically the PVB interlayer to the desired angle and length for windscreen production.

• The cutting angle is controlled by a servo motor
• The cutting length is measured by the encoder.
