1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This Car Glass Laminated Windshield Processing Line, Auto Glass Vacuum Chamber is used to remove the air between two sheets of glass (Sandwiched glass, two sheets of float glass with an interlayer of PVB), and then take the rubber/silicon seal ring on the edges.

2. APPLICATION

4. DESCRIPTION 

• In the vacuum pumping system, vacuum pressure can be -0.08 to -0.1bar
• Ensuring vacuum pressure of each part of the whole line will be an over-0.08 bar in the process of running.
• Equipped with a heating system to ensure the transparency of laminated glass and PVB after initial pressure arrives above 70%.(the highest temperature can be 130ºC)
• The glass will be discharged after cooling, and the temperature is less than 50ºC.
• In order to avoid unnecessary heating, the VPL wire must be equipped with a suspended heating device (temperature arises to 90ºC )
• The temperature error between the actual temperature and set temperature shall not be over ±5ºC.
