1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

Full Automatic Glass Loading System Robotic Glass Separation for Laminated Bent Glass
In the process of laminated windshield glass production, the bent glasses come from bending furnaces on metallic racks. The glasses are separated into pairs (inner and outer glasses together).

Glass pairs on metallic racks will be brought to the loading position of the glass processing line where they will be loaded on conveyors.

Then the glasses will be unpaired on the conveyors and move to the bent glass washing machine: sheet by sheet (the Inner first and Outer following). All the glasses are oriented by wings downward (Concave down, face 4 on the belts of conveyors).

This robot glass loading production line is specially designed for the automatic loading of the glass with a glass separation system, before the bent glass washing machine.

2. APPLICATION

CURVED GLASS/LAMINATED GLASS 
Vehicle laminated glass, such as bent windshields, car top glasses, and laminated door glass.

Glass Cycle Time for FZGL-S:  25 seconds/piece (Customized)

4. DESCRIPTION 

Glass→Forklift truck →In the rotation platform two sides →Start→Press procedure→The robot catch the glass → Take the rubber blocker →Glass separation system →Glass separation → Curved glasswasher
The glass in the pallet is used up → Rotate platform automatic rotates to another side → Manual change of the glass pallet

It'll into use again after the manual place the glass pallet on the rotation platform
