Product Description
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
The bending process determines the shape of the glass and it's also a key process in the production of laminated glass. Hot bending is a semi-finished laminated glass that is hot-bent into various shapes with a bending die and annealed. It is generally carried out in a bake-bending furnace. The bake-bending furnace is generally divided into upper and lower layers. The upper layer is used for preheating and bending. The lower layer is used for annealing and cooling, to remove the mold.
This Continuous hot bending furnace for car glass windshield is the equipment for producing the front windshield laminated glass.
By arranging the annealing zone on the upper layer of the furnace structure and combining it with blowing annealing to the four peripheries of the glass plate, the annealing effect can be improved, which is beneficial to increasing the compressive stress at the edge of the glass plate and reduce the tensile stress at the edge of the glass plate, so that after annealing The tensile stress of the glass plate is controlled below 8MPa, and the compressive stress can reach above 10MPa.

4. DESCRIPTION
When the W/S is placed on the conveyor and the vacuum line is connected, a vacuum is drawn to pull out the air between the glass panes before the WS is heated.
4.1 Structure- Furnace body adopts frame structure, divide into twp layers. In total 16 furnace bodies.
- Trolley adopts box pile construction, the bottom hollow out, total 30 trolleys. The transmission mode of the trolley is furnace out transfer.
- The glass after bending adopts the substrate out furnace method. side out furnace and glass loading in the same site, as side out of the furnace.
- Glass out of furnace from the side and then adopt overturn unloading method to unload.
- If the hoist can drop to the ground, remove the artificial board.
- The annealing method adopts substrate corrugate pipe, a total of 5 areas.
- The cooling method adopts substrate convection and air quick cool, a total of 6 areas.

- Control system
The transmission action, heating wire, fan annealing, and cooling are automatically controlled by PLC and computer. The transmission and fan's speed frequency are adjustable.
HMI adopts a high-level language program.
Glass is heating synchronous, each trolley the heating furnace silk power can adjust independently.
Heating furnace silk has the break line automatically measuring ability.
The transmission and lifting mechanism adopts the motor and gear rack(or chain) method driven.
The furnace body structure adopts a Q235 square tube, the out frame painting white. The trolley adopts a Q345 square tube, out frame painting high-temperature oil paint.
The thickness of the furnace body keeps warm cotton is 75mm, The inlayer 50mm cotton made in China, and The out layer 25mm cotton is imported. The trolley keeps warm thickness is 50mm and adopts Aesop cotton.
