Product Description
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
Automotive glass drying and cooling line for silk screen printing machine
Automotive glass printing mainly uses tempered ink or interlayer ink that needs to be sintered at a high temperature. Before the glass tempering or bending process, the ink printed on the glass surface must be dried, and these ink layer drying processes affect screen printing. Quality and speed play a crucial role.
IR DRYING:
This drying tunnel is support equipment for the glass printing production line, it's used for glass drying after printing. The machine is composed of a heating part, transportation part, hot-wind circulation system, waste discharge, and control part, ensuring glass can be dried up after printing. The temperature of the machine can be freely set up, transportation speed can be adjusted, and it can satisfy various technical parameters in the attached form.
COOLING:
A cooling tunnel is support equipment for the glass printing production line, it's used for glass cooling of sheets after printing. The machine is composed of an air shower cooling part, transportation part, waste discharge, and control part ensuring sheets after drying can be further volatile to dry up and cool down the temperature. The infinite transportation speed of the machine is adjustable.

4. DESCRIPTION
4.1 Structure
This IR Drying and cooling tunnel for the printing machine is composed mainly of
- IR Drying / Heating section
- Cooling section
- Transfer section
- Control
Heating Section
The heating part can be divided into 3 heating areas, the temperature of each area can be individually set up and controlled.
Heating components adopt domestic tubes, there are 8 tubes in each area. The distance between the tube and a transport plane is 80mm. Box cover of each heating area can be sector-shaped open so as to be convenient for maintenance, and turn-on power is supplied by a pneumatic cylinder.
Stainless steel (304) reflecting cover is set on each tube, there is circulation hot-wind ventilation opening on the embossment of reflecting cover, a gap of ventilation opening is about 3mm, it can increase the flow velocity of glass surface blown by the hot wind.
Cooling part
There are 2 independent cooling areas of the air shower cooling part, the power of the draught fan in each area is large, the flow rate is sufficient and cooling is enough.
The upper box in each cooling area can be sector-shaped and turned up, turn-up power is supplied by a pneumatic cylinder.
Air purifier devices are respectively set up in each air passage. Purified air is blown to the glass surface through the passage as well as up and down a perforated hole by a draught fan, and glass cooling is realized.
Waste air discharge is set up at the top of various upper boxes, and air through heat exchange can be timely discharged from the machine. (Pipes at the top of waste air discharge and required waste air discharge required by pipeline shall be self-offered by the user.)
Transfer part
Transportation adopts a roller transportation mode.
Transportation power is to drag roller through chain transmission structure by Taiwan CPG gear motor, and short-side orientation transportation mode is adopted.
Roller transportation speed is infinitely adjustable, adjustment speed adopts variable voltage and variable frequency to realize.
Control part
The machine and batch-out machine are centralized control by Omron PLC on the dryer, ensuring operation and coordination of the production line. The heating part can be divided into 3 heating areas, the temperature of each area can be individually set up and controlled.
