Product Description
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
This Automobile glass pre-cutting line is used to cut, and break a larger raw glass blank into 2 or 3 pieces of glass. It can be straight cutting or diagonal cutting.
In the Laminated auto glass production process, the large float glass, the whole piece, needs to be cut according to the required specifications, and the original glass must be cut into blanks. The blank glass is usually 30-50mm larger than the actual size to facilitate the breaking of the surrounding pieces.
Note: When cutting the blank, pay attention to the direction of the glass, and ensure that the two pieces of glass are in the vertical shower direction, so as to ensure that the driver's vision is less distorted and not easy to fatigue.
We also supply an Automotive glass 1/N pre-cutting system that provides a solution to cut, break and manipulate multiple pieces from a larger raw glass blank. The raw blank is scored on a programmable angle across the blank width, automatically broken at the score. The broken-off part is then picked up, rotated, and positioned onto a downstream process, such as a CNC shape cutter. The diagonal cutter is used to reduce the amount of scrap when cutting S/L and Q/L and also to reduce the amount of raw glass inventory.

3. DESCRIPTION
3.1 Structure
This Automobile glass pre-cutting line mainly includes,
- One set Feed-in transition conveyor,
- One set Glass positioning and cutting machine,
The frame is integrally welded with Q235 square tube material.
The transmission adopts a geared motor and a patterned belt structure, and the speed is adjustable.
The parts involving timing belts or belts are protected by safety covers.
Each set of positioning wheels is installed on the positioning mechanism, which is independently adjustable.
The whole line is controlled by a servo motor, sliding on two sets of linear guides, and the positioning stroke is adjustable.
The cutting head adopts cylinder compression and linear movement of the electric sliding table for glass cutting.
The separation mechanism adopts a pneumatic cylinder to drive the rubber roller to push the glass to cut and separate.- One Feed-out transition conveyor after cutting,

3.2 Overview of equipment operation
- Manually hoist the original glass into the A-frame of the double bin, and press the start button to start working.
- After the original glass in the 1# stacker is used, the stacker will automatically move to the left and right, and the 2# stacker will be ready for the glass pick-up process.
- Manually hoist the original glass into the empty stacker and run it again;
- The glass after cutting and separation enter the next equipment through the slicing transmission line.
- The piece of glass automatically completes the processes of adsorption, transmission, positioning, and cutting.
