This Automotive glass packaging system Windshield Seal Strip Line realized the automatic adhesion of the PU rubber seal strip on the windshield.

Molding glass is the functional extension of automobile safety glass. The molding on the edge of the glass can not only prevent the overflow of adhesive between the glass and sheet metal but also meets the aesthetic demand of automobile manufacturers. Not only does it function to adhere the glass to the vehicle body it also acts to improve the sealing performance, reducing noise and preventing water penetration.

Scope of application: It is mainly applied on the front and rear windshields, especially on the front windshields. The molding strip is the most common molding method on glass.

2. APPLICATION

Automobile glass laminated glass, such as the front windshield and rear windscreen, for cars, trucks, buses, etc.

4. DESCRIPTION 

Process Flow:

1. Manually put the glass on the tilting glass loading machine, step on the foot pedal, and use the conveyor to transfer the glass to the servo positioning place after turning it down. (Loading system can be updated as full automatic loading)
2. After the glass is positioned, the robot grasps the sub-components Bracker and glues, visually accurately locates, stick-up, and visually detects the accuracy of the paste position.
3. After passing the bonding test, the glass is transported to the tilting glass unloading conveyor, after it turns down, the glass is manually unloaded.
