Product Description
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

2. APPLICATION
This Automotive Washing Machine for curved sidelite glass is used for automotive window glass, such as curved sidelites, Q/V quarter and vents.

4. DESCRIPTION
4.1 Structure
This Bent Glass Washing Machine For Sidelites is composed mainly of
Transport belt conveyor system
The transmission mechanism adopts two sets of parallel active belts to transport the glass, and there's no marks when the belt is in contact with the glass.
Washing Section
The washing chamber is welded into a closed structure by stainless steel square tube and flat material.
The inspection cover and glass observation window on the upper part of the sealing chamber, it's convenient for entering into the sealing room for maintenance, and observing the glass cleaning condition during work.
It's equipped with 2 groups of brushes to clean the glass. Each group brush has 2 sets, one set up and one set down, and each set of brushes is equipped with a spray tube.
A separate set of rinsing lines is arranged at the end of the washing section to achieve deionized water spray on the glass surface. This line is used as hydration when it is not necessary to remove water.
Drying Section (Air knife drying)
The whole air blower box part is made of an independent support frame, which is made of carbon steel material. It is installed above the drying section and equipped with a small staircase and platform to facilitate maintenance personnel to enter and exit.
The fully enclosed soundproof air blower box is equipped with two sets of independent high-pressure blowers, fluid inner circulation air ducts, an air knife position adjustment mechanism, an air blower, and other systems to form a glass drying mechanism.
Control System
The water tank heating consists of a temperature sensor, a solid-state relay, and a flanged heating tube.
It adopts PLC integrated control, and configures variable frequency speed control module and safety protection module.
It adopts the touch screen to control the start and stop, parameter setting, and function selection of the device.

5. ADVANTAGES
- The washing section is designed as a closed room to better control the water (to avoid splashing).
- The frame is made of SS304/306 stainless steel, and the parts that cannot be made of stainless steel are made of materials that prevent corrosion.
- The water circulation system consists of the water tank, high-pressure water pump set, a pipeline, and multiple sets of water rinsing lines.
- ECO mode, Sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the washing machine to detect the entry and output of the glass. If no glass passes during the set time, the motor will decelerate.
- The air blower room is equipped with a door for maintenance, which can be accessed into the room for maintenance, and it's also equipped with a pre-filter.
- Soundproof cotton is installed around the entire air blower box to prevent noise and it can meet environmental requirements.
- The final spray section is directly connected to the customer's deionized water for flushing, and then enters the drying section.
- Configure different numbers of air knife groups according to different drying speeds.
