1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This Autoglass Pre-processing Line Of Automatic Cutter Equipment With Glass Shuttle is the car glass pre-processing line, after loading, the glass through handling machines is transferred to the station of cut, brake, and grinding machines, and then to washing and printing machines. It is designed to process the automobile windshield glass sheet, we also have models for sidelites and quarter windows. It's including glass loading, cutting, breaking, and grinding, which is a full-automatically integrated operating system.

FUZUAN is able to design and supply handling connections for grinding machines and also to perform integration of grinding machines, handling connections with washing machines, integration of washing machines, handling connection with printing machines, and integration of printing machines as well.

The process as below,

• The suction cups on the handling device pick up the glass from the initial position.
• Transfer the glass to the next position.
• After the glass on the next position, the cups of the cutting section and grinding section take the glass tightly.
• And then begin to cut and edge grind, the handling device returns to the original position.
• After the handling device returns, the suction cups of the breaking section move down and take the glass, and then begin to start the glass break out processing.
• During the processing, the next piece of glass flow into the machine, and the glass finished the processing is removed from the machine.
• After finishing the cutting, breaking, and grinding, start a new working cycle.
