1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

This PVB interlayer assembly conveyor line is used for the laminated Automotive glass windshield processing, It is specifically designed for the purpose of inspection, laminated, taking on the silicon ring, and other processes for the glass between the curved glass washing machine and vacuum de-airing furnace.

the process before and after as below,

• 2 sheets of glass from the bending machine
• Curved glass washing and drying machine
• Cooling tunnel after the glasswasher
• 2 sheets of glass assembling with PVB sheets / PVB assembly line 
• Vacuum Pre-laminate machine for De-airing of assembled glass

4. DESCRIPTION 

4.1 Structure

This Auto Windshield Processing Laminated Glass Production Line For PVB Assembling is composed mainly of:

• Four transfer conveyors, including a PVB assembly station, Station for placing silicon ring, and Transition conveyors.
• With two sets of glass lifting mechanisms, in the PVB assembly station, and the station for placing silicon rings, it's much easy for manual operation.
